Never one to miss a photo opportunity, the mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has been out and about promoting this weekend's Notting Hill Carnival. As well as promising "robust policing" of the event, Johnson took the time to pose with members of Genesis, a band and dance troupe attending this year.
